The Grand Council of the Allied Masonic Degrees has posted a preliminary schedule for Masonic week 2021 which will be held February 10-14th at Hyatt Recency Crystal City in Arlington Virginia.

The Magpie Mason is also announcing the speaker for the Masonic Society’s annual dinner lecture will be will be MW Bro. Akram Elias, Past Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Washington, DC.
According to the Magpie Mason MWB. Elias will discuss:
“Freemasonry in 2026: A Force for Good, or a Footnote in History?” He will challenge us to look five years into the future, to America’s sesquicentennial year, to candidly assess whether Freemasonry will be relevant, and what we, as Free and Accepted Masons, can do today to anticipate the future we deserve.
The Masonic Society’s dinner will be on Friday February 12th at 7:00pm All Masons and their ladies are welcome(You can tell your lady it’s an early Valentines day gift. Make sure to book a suite. A lumpy hotel couch is better than sleeping on the floor.)
