Recently I had a conversation with a Brother who is serving as the Master of his lodge. The poor guy has had a really challenging year, we talk and I try to provide him with advice.
I think every man who has served as Master of a Masonic lodge has faced their own problems. Sometimes its a lack of members or money, sometimes it is infighting within the membership or other issues I hate to even imagine. I know in “my year” all the plans I crafted during my two years as a Warden fell apart like a house of cards.
